How many sessions will I need?

This really depends on the type of therapy you need, but generally speaking it's between 1 and 6 sessions.

Where will my sessions take place?

You can have your therapy sessions at my office in La Cala de Mijas (Spain) or Online from the comfort of your home.

What will happen during my sessions?

First, I will listen to your story and the outcome you're after. Then, when you're ready I will ask you to close your eyes as you listen to soothing music. I will guide you towards a beautiful hypnotic state of relaxation and speak to your subconscious mind to deliver the therapy needed.

During the sessions, you will be sitting on a comfortable chair feeling pleasantly relaxed. You will have total control of your body and emotions and you will be able to listen and speak to me if needed.
